Your beneficiary does not need to contact Pesa Remittance. Please inform them to visit a Pesa Remittance branch in case they are collecting cash. Otherwise, inform them that their bank account or mobile wallet will be credited soon.

For cash collection, its instant (during opening hours). For bank deposit, it is done the same day (as long as we have received the sender payments by 2pm local time in the beneficiary country, Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays). For mobile wallet, it is done the same day (as long as we have received the sender payment by 5pm local time in the beneficiary country, Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays)
